In short, if you have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and are arrested for DUI, there is a good chance your CDL will be revoked for some period of time. RCW 46.25.090 lists the various reasons a person can have their CDL revoked for one year, which includes a conviction for DUI or a DOL hearing loss. Moreover, DOL considers entering a deferred prosecution to be a conviction for CDL suspension purposes.
